Events Coordinator, Part-time, Permanent role
Trinity Lutheran College is an Early Years to Year 12 Christian co-educational college, located centrally in Ashmore on the beautiful Gold Coast and we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our college as an Events Coordinator. This role is a part-time, permanent role working 4 days per week.
As a key member of our Community Engagement Team, you will play a crucial role in all thing’s events and functions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about executing seamless events and maintain high brand standards.

Along with your positive and energetic attitude, you will be naturally confident in communicating with stakeholders & staff at all levels. As our successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate some of the following key skills and characteristics:
- Excellent organisation skills with a keen eye for detail and out of the box thinking.
- Have a proactive and ‘can do’ attitude with an exceptional communication style.
- Have previous experience event planning, and working in a hospitality environment, working with the education sector highly desirable.
- Ability to follow direction, work autonomously & use initiative
- Work well under pressure, to deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
About the Events Coordinator role:
- Assist in the coordination of function lifecycle from enquiry to event execution across both campuses.
- Monitor event deliverables and proactively address challenges with innovative solutions.
- Coordinate communication with suppliers, contractors and internal key stakeholder to ensure seamless event execution.
- Address and fulfil all relevant needs for events as assigned by manager.
- Contact various database to drive engagement into community related events for Foundation and College.
- Assist the College with other administration function to assist the community engagement team.
