As reflected in the comments made by the students, the Year 12 retreat will again prove to be a significant highlight in the final year of their Trinity experience. With a magnificent view overlooking the ocean at Coolum, three days were spent focusing on leaderships skills, teamwork, trust, gratitude, and unity. Activities included both personal and cohort challenges, and everyone was encouraged to participate to get the most out of all of them. It was rewarding to see the students laughing and having fun as they learned new things and worked together to tackle the task at hand; at times overcoming obstacles through their communication and collaboration. They all shone like stars, united in kicking the year off to an amazing start and creating memories that will last a lifetime. The first of the lasts done and dusted for the graduating class of 2021. What a journey this year will be.

Mrs Kylie Day, Head of Year 12

Year 12 retreat was an amazing way to start the year and it connected the entire cohort together like never before. It was an incredible trip and was super fun to be surrounded by your friends, with great food too– Indianna Amor

Retreat is something that is built up and talked about years before you go. It lives up to the hype, whether getting to dive head-first onto a zipline, or group house races in the sand in torrential rain, retreat was an experience we will all cherish for years to comeLucas Cherrier
