Outside school hours care

More and more families are dual income, sometimes with both parents working long hours. Trinity strives to offer an outstanding Outside School Hours care facility to ensure that children who need it are happy, stimulated and cared for.

Here at Trinity we have a wonderful OSHC facility – a home-away-from-home where quality caregivers supervise children in a warm and caring environment. All staff members at the OSHC facility are committed to providing quality childcare. They have a range of childcare qualifications ranging from a Certificate III in Children’s Services through to a Bachelor of Education degree and participate in professional learning activities and training to remain informed and skilled. There is a qualified First Aid person on duty at all times and all staff hold a current Blue Card.

PROGRAM AND ACTIVITIES

The educational program, based on the ‘My Time, Our Place’ National Curriculum, provides for learning through play and encourages self-help and child’s choice activities, such as cooking, art/craft, outdoor games, construction (Lego, blocks), dramatic play, puzzles, board games, drawing, computers, table games or relaxing and watching family movies.
