The small print
Firstly, all applicants will need to have or obtain a blue card for working with children and we’ll conduct reference checks before offering you the role.
Secondly, we are a Lutheran school, and you are expected to be respectful and supportive of the Christian ethos of the college. A Pastor or Christian character reference will be highly regarded. We welcome all faiths and traditions as an equal opportunity employer. We expect the highest standards of integrity and ethics from all our staff irrespective of their faith backgrounds and commitments.
Thirdly, the “motivated and passionate COO” wrote the advert, so he’s clearly biased with that opinion.
